All employees must pass a drug test and have a BCI/FBI background check before employment. Most employees are eligible for health care benefits, state retirement benefit, vacation, sick, and personal leave.

The ACBDD SSA provides daily and crisis support to individuals with developmental disabilities; assess needs; develop, revise and monitor service plans in a timely manner; continuously monitor services to assure implementation is aligned with service plan and assessed needs; provide linkage to community services; establish & monitor budgets; deliver services to achieve outcomes that support each person’s best interest balanced with health, safety, and welfare needs.
Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or graduate-level degree in social services, not-for-profit management, or related field.
